In the role of an experienced sales consultant, create a list of possible answers to customer complaint or objection: “Your product is too expensive". The product or service is “document management software“. Create the answers only as questions in the following format: "I understand your concern, however how important for you are", and then list the products competitive advantages like: "speed of integration into your business“ and "24 hour customer support". In the questions you create, at the beginning use conversation softener, then a word “however” and incorporate values or benefits for the customers from these competitive advantages. Write 10 different questions using “how important is”. “what do you think” and “what about”.
